This policy covers the websites and software products of 18119228 Canada Inc. (operating as TriByte Labs), including the SnapPage Pro browser extension.

The short version

SnapPage Pro processes every screenshot locally in your browser. Screenshots are never uploaded, transmitted, or seen by us.
We do not collect, sell, or share your browsing history, page content, or personal data.
Payments are processed by our merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy); we never see your card details.

SnapPage Pro extension

The extension requests the minimum permissions needed to work:

activeTab / scripting — used only when you click a capture button, to take the screenshot of the tab you chose and (for full-page capture) scroll the page during capture.
downloads — used to save the PNG or PDF you export to your computer.
storage — used to store your settings and license key locally in your browser profile.

Captured images exist only on your device: in the editor tab while you work, and in files you choose to save. The extension makes no network requests with your content.

License keys and purchases

When you buy a Pro license, checkout and payment are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. They send us the order details needed to issue your license (such as your email address and license key). Your license key is stored locally in your browser and is used only to unlock Pro features.

Website

Our website is a static site served by Cloudflare. We may use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics to count visits. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention and your rights

Because screenshots never leave your device, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our side. Order records are kept as required for accounting and tax law. To exercise any privacy right (access, correction, deletion of order records), contact us at the address below.
